2008 Summer Chess Camp Registration

Please print out and complete the form below (one form per camper). You may mail the form and remit payment to: Mike Klein, 1569 Pecan Ave., Charlotte, NC 28205. If you prefer, you may instead email all the information below to charlottechess@gmail.com. Please email with any camp related questions. Camps have a tuition of $240 for the week ($220 for Rashkis students) and require a $100 deposit, refundable up to two weeks before the camp start date. The balance is due on the first day of each camp.
